Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dropLogik ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and dropLogik LLC ("we," "us," "our").

2. Description of the Service

dropLogik provides tools that allow users to:

• select or enter geographic coordinates,
• generate QR codes linked to map locations,
• share those codes with delivery drivers or other individuals,
• manage custom location markers in areas where formal street addresses may not exist.

The Service relies on third-party mapping systems, GPS data, and user-provided locations.

3. User Responsibility for Location Accuracy

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All location data, map pins, and delivery points are selected solely by you.
• dropLogik does not verify the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any user-selected location.
• You are entirely responsible for confirming the accuracy of the pinned location.

dropLogik is not liable for:

• misdeliveries,
• lost packages,
• navigation mistakes,
• inaccurate GPS coordinates,
• incorrect QR code routes,
• delivery driver errors,
• property or personal damages arising from location inaccuracies.

You use the Service at your own risk.

4. No Guarantee of GPS or Mapping Accuracy

GPS systems may be inaccurate or imprecise due to:

• device limitations,
• environmental interference,
• satellite errors,
• third-party mapping inaccuracies,
• local conditions in regions without formal addressing systems.

dropLogik does not guarantee the reliability, precision, or correctness of:

• coordinate data,
• generated QR codes,
• map directions,
• delivery routes.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• provide coordinates for unlawful acts,
• mislead delivery drivers,
• violate property rights or trespass,
• create hazardous or unsafe situations,
• submit false, misleading, or dangerous locations.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with services such as:

• Google Maps
• OpenStreetMap
• QR scanning apps
• GPS and routing providers
• Digital wallet or blockchain systems (future)

We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their performance, data collection, accuracy, or availability. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All technology, software, algorithms, UI/UX, QR logic, mapping logic, blockchain components, trademarks, logos, and related materials created for dropLogik are the exclusive property of dropLogik LLC.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or reproduce any part of the Service.

8. Digital Assets & Blockchain (Future Use)

dropLogik may create or integrate:

• blockchain verification,
• digital assets or tokens (e.g., LOGIK),
• smart-contract-based functionality.

All such assets are controlled by the Company. Users do not acquire ownership rights unless explicitly granted.

9. International Users

Users outside the United States acknowledge:

• mapping accuracy may vary significantly by region,
• GPS services may be limited,
• local delivery systems may be inconsistent,
• local laws govern usage in their region.

Use of dropLogik is at your own discretion and responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

dropLogik LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• lost packages
• delivery errors
• financial losses
• property damage
• personal injury
• navigation failures
• incorrect coordinates
• reliance on QR-based directions

Your sole remedy is discontinuing use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dropLogik LLC from any claims arising from:

• your use of the Service,
• your selected coordinates,
• your communications with delivery drivers,
• any damages caused by inaccurate or unsafe location data.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including misuse or violations of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
